The project comprises of a new build in-situ concrete framed structure, with a basement and six stories and an additional lightweight penthouse storey at the roof level. The building will provide 284 private residential units with 375m2 of commercial floor space.

There are four cores within the building together with all superstructure floors which are cast traditionally. Sheet Piling, Groundworks, Frame, Drainage & External Works are part of the Morrisroe project together with the supply of the site tower crane.
