The project comprises of the construction of a new mixed residential, commercial and retail development comprising of six residential buildings over the proposed ground & 1st Floor commercial and retail space and basement car park ranging from seven storeys to 44 storeys.
The Morrisroe project comprises of Remediation, Demolition, Piling, Enabling Work, Basement - Box and Superstructure with External works and Drainage.
Morrisroe have the design responsibility for all of the above works together with the supply of the tower craneage.
