Our year ending 31 October 2007 was completed with sales approaching £35.0m. This being a little short of expectations due to delayed starts on various projects.

Projects undertaken and/or completed this year include:-

Residential

• Phase 5 of Chelsea Bridge Wharf for Berkeley Homes Ltd.
• Piling and enabling works at Potters Field for Berkeley Homes Ltd.
• Sub and super-structure packages for Mount Anvil in Hackney.
• Sub and super-structure for Haymills in Park Street, London SE1.

Commercial

• Sub and Super-structure in Gresham Street for Skanska.
• Super-structure package at Dashwood House for Skanska.
• Sub and Super-structures in Portman Square for McGee/HBG.
• Sub and Super-structure packages at 150 Cheapside for Carillion.

We have recently secured further works to bolster our order book for this financial year to an unprecedented level of just below £40m. Some of these projects include the Substructure at Rolls House, London for McGee, Bracknell & Wokingham College for Morgan Ashurst and Gresse Street, London W1 and Addington School in Wokingham both for Balfour Beatty. We have also been appointed to construct the Envac Centre for Quintain Developments in Wembley. Despite the current market, our order book is the best it has ever been. In the 25 years of trading, 2008 is projected to be our busiest year ever.
