PANCRAS SQUARE
Forming part of the 67 acre King’s Cross redevelopment canal-side location, Morrisroe was awarded the contract for the superstructure reinforced concrete construction of units B6 and the adjacent B5 site – both designed for commercial occupation forming part of the overall construction of 50 new buildings.

PANCRAS SQUARE (KING’S CROSS REGENERATION BUILDING B6)
The B6 project is for a 10-storey plus roof level reinforced concrete build with the core being constructed using a slipform process. The total floor area of B6 is 158,000 sq ft. with Morrisroe achieving a 270 metre concrete pour, each day per floor.

Highly experienced and logistical management has been essential for the success of this project to ensure sequencing and hand over to other trades meets with the tight collective time scales required to maintain the agreed programme dates. Across the adjacent B5 project and B6, Morrisroe has provided approximately 100 staff at the peak activity with a base level of 60 at any one time.
