Project Description

  • Client: Lendlease

Forming part of the Elephant Park Masterplan, Morrisroe has been awarded the contract for the concrete construction of the buildings at plots H02 and H03 within the Elephant Park area itself. Combined, they are known as MP2. The contract for these new homes will include constructions ranging from five storeys up to 31 storeys ‒ the tallest building on the Masterplan, awarded to Morrisroe by Lendlease. The four concrete frame buildings on plot H03 cover an area of 4500m2, with the tallest reaching 31 storeys and the three remaining blocks at ten storeys each. Plot H03 covers an area of 3700m2 and includes one 18 storey tower and three blocks comprising five, seven and ten storeys.
