Our goal is to remove all opportunities for accidents and near misses in the workplace; an environment for which we are only too aware is full of hazards for the people who frequent them.

As you would expect from a company with this goal, Morrisroe have a sound and robust Health & Safety policy which is constantly under review, embracing both the cultural and physical status of the business and its employees. One of the key elements of our success in this area is the positive attitude across our business to improving safety.

Recognising effort

At Morrisroe we know that it is our employees who contribute with their observations and positive attitudes that bring success to our Health & Safety policy. As a result, Morrisroe hold an annual appraisal of our Health & Safety performance awarding the member of staff who has demonstrated the best consistent performance in terms of Health & Safety on-site for that year with our Annual Health & Safety Award.
