Story

Located on the former site of the renowned nightclub, The Click Club at Burberries, The Mercian, which opens in summer 2020, will be the tallest residential tower to be built in Birmingham. The £183m project underpins the regeneration around Broad Street and the wider area providing extensive residential, communal, retail and leisure space including a 200 metre rooftop running track – one of the first in the UK’s housing market.

The structure incorporates a 3 storey podium offering over 3,000sq m of retail and leisure space, a further 2,700 sq m of communal space and first floor car parking. The tower will provide 481 apartments over 42-storeys with a 14 storey shoulder block.
